After lunch we cross the bridge to yet another island, Langeland (Long Land) where we enjoy the surroundings, dinner and overnight at Tranekjær Castle.
- DAY 8: After check-out on to charming Svendborg for a walk around the town, after which we continue through the scenic landscape until we reach the idyllic Falsled Inn, where we stop for a Royal lunch. Afterward, we continue to Hindsgavl Castle, where we have dinner with musical performance, and spend the first of two nights.
- DAY 9: On this day we visit Graasten Slot close to the German border, which is in use by the Royal Family, then head to the old Danish capital Ribe and its ancient Cathedral, then on to Koldinghus, followed by a visit to Trapholt Museum of Art, before returning to Hindsgavl.
- DAY 10: After breakfast, we check out and head to Aarhus, where we visit Marselisborg Palace, the queen’s summer residence, have lunch at a scenic forest restaurant, then explore the interactive exhibits at Moesgaard Museum, followed by a visit to AROS Museum of Art, then have dinner at one of the city’s Michelin Star restaurants, before we spend the last night of the tour at Hotel Royal vis-a-vis Aarhus Cathedral.
